Help Trying to Find an Old Documentary....
I remember seeing an old documentary many years ago late at night on English TV. It was a documentary about mysteries of the world like "Chariots of the Gods" and Arthur C. Clarke style.
The only thing i remember about it was that it seemed to be from maybe the early 80s and that it talked about a bronze (i think) Totem that had been welded together before it thought possible found in a lost city in the Andes. Also they found tiny identical crystals with tiny holes in the center that can only now be replicated using lasers.
Sure this is a no hope situation....but any help is appreciated.

It wasn't the late 1970's series hosted by Leonard Nimoy, In Search Of, was it? That show was great and covered a lot of different paranormal topics, including weird historical artifacts. Each episode was a documentary with re-creations and interviews. It finally came out on DVD last year.

In Search of is what you are looking for. Chariots of the Gods was called ancient astronauts (1-5-73) aka chariots of the gods. This set has the 2 pilot episodes, all the broadcast episodes and the renewal series with the guy from xfiles.
I bought the set from a bootlegger before it was available as a factory release. My bootleg set has 22 or 24 discs. The bootleg sets are not worth the money now that the factory is available. They are out of order and very poor quality. Several of the sets I found didn't have all the episodes.
