How to identify "scripted" reallity shows:
1) Check for camera angles. When there are lots of takes with different camera angles which collides but the cameras doesn't show, it is staged.
2) When "real people" show up in the show and they don't look at the camera, it is staged. Even under-trained actors know not to look at the camera, but this skill is absent on real people, specially on long exposure. So we are looking at actors.

Camera angles are often giveaways. I mean, American Pickers had camera shots from inside the house of people who threw Mike and Frank off their property. And many times, Storage Wars has had grandiose locker openings with a cameraman already inside.

Traxan, if that's what he was trying to say then yes.
I use to watch AP'ers but to show is now repetitive and dull and the camera already inside locked or abandoned
buildings really bugs me.
