2011-2012: Which New shows get another year?
Which new shows that premiered in Fall 2011 or Winter/Spring 2012 will get another year next year? What other shows you gave one year but now hitting the eject button?

Re: 2011-2012: Which New shows get another year?
Homeland
Magic City
I liked Veep but just got rid of HBO since that was the only thing I was watching on it after my 3 month special deal ended, so I couldn't justify keeping it. But if I catch up with it somehow and the timing is right, I might watch 2nd season.
I might be forgetting something else that was new and on cable.

Once Upon a Time -- The biggest surprise of the year
Person of Interest --- The best network action drama
Revenge -- The biggest guilty pleasure
Homeland --- By far, the best new show this season.
Grimm -- A very pleasant surprise
Boss -- Kelsey Grammer is awesome
Magic City --- Lots of tits
Hell on Wheels -- Love westerns
2 Broke Girls -- Funniest new comedy of the year
Scandal -- Kerry Washington is great
New Girl -- Funny and charming show
Don't Trust the B**** in Apt 23 -- Quirky show.
Smash -- Great music
American Horror Story
Suburgatory -- Fun show, but not alot of laughs
Girls -- Surprisingly good and quirky show.
I watched every episode of Hart of Dixie, but I'm very lukewarm on it. Same goes with House of Lies on Showtime. Veep is still too early to tell. Touch on FOX is just alright. Personally I would rather Kiefer make the 24 movie, but it's a decent family oriented show.

Homeland
Boss
2 Broke Girls

Veep (I think it's getting funnier with each episode)
Girls

Did you record the entire season of Person of Interest? Because they aren't re-airing the entire season over the summer. Only select episodes. Also, POI has no free legal online streaming available.
Grimm will be repeating, but also only select episodes. It's summer break won't be very long either. It reportedly may premiere the 1st week of September after the Olympics (not confirmed though)
Good luck.

What happened to Scandal? I thought that was another favorite of yours.

Yes, I have DVRed PoI (even watched an episode when I was bored - the episode about the baby which I liked and peaked my interest in not deleting the show), but not Grimm because I didn't even know about it when it premiered. Didn't think that it wouldn't be repeated. Even on Friday again? Bummer. May have to find it elsewhere.

Grimm is being repeated. As I just said, only select episodes. I believe it's airing on Tuesdays this summer. Check your local listings.
