Storage Wars largely fell apart when he departed. For all of his kookiness Barry seemed far more genuine than the other established regulars on Storage Wars and was one of the few nice ones.

Exactly! Outside of his fun humor and looking at Brandi, the show really doesn't have much.

You would have thought at some point a producer would have taken Brandi aside and told her to start showing off a little skin for the sake of the show.

The auctioneers at the center of STORAGE WARS, Dan and Laura Dotson have dabbled in other businesses. Their latest success comes via finding oil on property the couple own in Salyersville, Kentucky.

Now, don’t go thinking that the Dotsons are in the oil business, because they’re not. They did, however, agree to allow a company named X-Terra Resources to do the drilling for a piece of the deal. .

Laura, who we all know is an excitable lady, and Dan got their first check after oil was found on their land. In the video posted below, share in their happiness as they prove it’s all true.

The pair is busy all the time and it’s not just their roles on the A&E reality show STORAGE WARS. Laura and Dan are partners in their company, American Auctioneers.

It just announced the start of online auctions via the company’s website. They also own land in California where they search for gold. No, really. It was just one of the many surprises uncovered in an exclusive interview TVRuckus did with the couple.

They have other irons in the fire as well and as Dan told us during the interview, since recovering from his near-death experience, he’s got no time to waste. It also put a lot of things in perspective for him, including the squabbles and a reported physical altercation with Dave Hester.

Dan says we’ll get to see some of the mess this season on the show.

I seem to recall complaints here that Barry's antics were getting too staged and deliberate, unlike the early seasons where it felt more natural. And they were. But he obviously isn't interested in coming back, given he lives in LA and the auctions were always in Orange County or the Inland Empire, which meant hours of driving for him.

There's just this gem.



Given she's got two young kids, including a son nearing his teens, I doubt she will show any skin.

Who me? Shit I've been hoping Playboy offers some money. I mean, after that Lohan spread they can only do better and Brandi would be a treat. I just think her kid is likely gonna hear other boys in school calling his mom a MILF and making other crude comments.

Not bad, but can't see the face sadly. I mean, even with kids, women still do it. I just think she isn't going to go down that road, which is great for her (and sad for all the males/females who want to see more).

As for Barry, OC isn't THAT far of a drive, especially with no traffic. I wonder what happened to his spin off? Did it not do as well?

BTW I visited the store the other day. There will be a new girl on the show at their store. She's got some visible Star Trek tattoos on her upper torso. The Star Fleet logo was rather prominent above her sternum.

They just aired a preview for next season with the dust up with Dave. He definitely started it, shoving both Dan and Laura. I'm actually amazed he didn't get an ass kicking.

So a new season is coming.

Unfortunately the cancellation of Texas meant that annoying brat Mary got moved over to the main show.
