HBO2GO - HBO's On Demand Web Portal

HBO2GO's iPad app launched today, and it doing some research I see that the service is finally available to Directv users (like me). Sign up was a breeze and now I'm streaming a bunch of HBO stuff. Looks good too.

No Mr. Show though. Grr.

Cool. I thought this was supposed to be available 5/2... but sooner is better. I'll d/l this to my iPad tonight and catchup on shows like Deadwood and Oz.

HBO2GO is also available to Dish customers as part of DishOnline. I checked it out the other day -- pretty slick

Re: HBO2GO - HBO's On Demand Web Portal

Yeah HBO Go is awesome. Pretty much any old/new HBO show is on it and the episodes don't expire until December 2012, unlike HBO On Demand, which has much earlier expiration dates.

Using it to catch up on Hung, Boardwalk Empire, Treme and True Blood.

Already downloaded it to my EVO! It's in Android Market, but maybe not a 'tablet ready' version for the Xoom?

Signed up fine through my Inspire. I have Charter service. I was considering dropping HBO after the GoT season ended; not now.

So are you going to change your mind about being a "Temporary" subscriber for Game of Thrones?

I was honestly only going to subscribe for 3+ months for GOT, but this service is a really nice perk and I will keep it. The HBO content from present and past is amazing.

I downloaded it and tried to get it to work and it told me my phone didn't have an internet connection.

To be honest, I can see keeping HBO around just for this.

I think it depends on if there is a lot of back catalog someone hasn't seen and has wanted to for awhile.

Same here. Especially since it seems to work so smoothly on my phone.

I've got plenty of HBO shows to catch up on - last couple seasons of Entourage and Big Love, never seen an episode of Carnivale, Oz, or True Blood.

This is great, currently catching up on Entourage! Always just wait for the DVD's. Signed up with HBO for Game of Thrones.

Figured it out for comcast subscribers, you have to log in with your comcast ID or something, not your email address that you use to log into your account:
