Yeah...definitely no more live Heroes for me.
Jack Bauer would put an axe in my chest if he found out I was watching Heroes instead of 24.

Sorry Heroes, you're just not a good show anymore. I will gladly skip the rest of this season in order to watch 24.
I won't completely forget about you, I'll read your episode summaries on wikipedia eventually.

Boy, its pretty bad when the topic of discussion is about watching 24 over this.
Anyway, not a bad episode tonight. The trial was interesting, getting a chance to bring back some old characters, and leading to the line of the night when Hiro recites the opening to Quantum Leap.

Sorry if this has been mentioned before... is Claire diggin' the chicks now (e.g. Gretchen)? Or are they just good "friends"?

This is Sylar Redemption Arc #53,456, right? You know he's serious about redemption when he's wearing a corduroy blazer.
SHE LOVES THE PERSON, NOT THE GENDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But yes, it's college, and she's experimenting.

Holy shit, I'm half way through it and it's even more boring then the 2 parter a couple of weeks ago. Sylar and Claire in the class room talking about nothing. A trial in Hiro's head that nobody cares about. Ugh, 3 minutes to go.

I have actually though Heroes while not great has been pretty fun this season. I have been enjoying it. Its not a show I watch Live. I tend to watch it on Netflix Watch instantly when I am bored but I have been enjoying it.

Samuel is the biggest joke of a character. For the whole season, we're wondering what his angle is and what he's doing. Then we get the idea that he's trying to make himself more powerful so he can be like a super baddie, then we see that he was just a screwup a couple months ago and then overnight becomes an all powerful leader. He's killed how many people and for what? Just so he can live in a cottage with his old girlfriend? I mean at least Sylar is interesting as a mass murderer psychopath. Samuel is just a loser who couldn't keep his girlfriend and is now trying to make it all better but he screwed it up again and killed more people for no reason. Are we supposed to feel sorry for him? Are we supposed to fear him? I can't believe the entire season has been focused on such a worthless, whiny, dickless character.

Unfortunately, I've stuck around this long I can't stop now. I'm just praying it's over soon. I need to catch up on other shows I stopped watching due to time constraints.

Wow, just watched this today, it was possibly the most boring episode in all 4 seasons. Seriously, watching the last 2-3 episodes, it's clearly written for teens.
- Samuel likes this girl and she doesn't want to abandon everything so he'll become super baddy
- Hiro is cured in a dream and will become super duper geek hero hiro again
- Sylar is now trying to become goody 2 shoes Gabriel
Terrible!

Huh ..... I thought (and hoped, and prayed) that we were done with the sword-fighting.
Suggestion: if your show is struggling, do not remind viewers of better shows - they mentioned both Law & Order and Quantum Leap.
And here's a freebie: anyone wanted to write a book about the series can steal this title - From Heroes to Zeroes - When All The Special Powers Failed.

The show has become so bad it is almost fun to watch again in that perverse way. Rarely has a major network show ever run off the rails so far into mediocrity. So it looks as a last-ditch attempt to draw interest, Claire will now be a lesbian. All the characters have literally one-note now and might as well be plot devices and nothing more. There are morning cartoons intended for six-year olds that have more consistent characterization and plotting.
Only on a network run as badly as NBC could this show stay on the air.
