Oh please. Seeing his name I had no idea who he was. Seeing him on the commercial I recognized him but sorry he's not memorable that I know who he is by name alone.

Yeah, I saw "Twilight" and "New Moon" just a couple weeks ago. I knew Taylor's face and I knew someone named "Taylor Lautner" was hosting SNL. But until I saw the face and name TOGETHER a few days before the show was to air and realized who he was I was in the dark too. I didn't really seek out the name of the kid with the abs after the films ended.
The point is it's totally possible to do what some of us did. Especially if we have lives outside of following pop culture 24/7.

I now who he is to see him but never knew his name.
Really, did't they always have a parrt in at least a couple sketches, that's what I remember.

Well, I've known who all the hosts and musical guests were this year except for January Jones. I've known them all by name and sight.
As for Twilight boy's episode here... not really good. I think I chuckled a few times. One should note he is third string when you think of Twilight anyway-- the main stars are Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson (girl lead and vampire).
My favorite so far was probably the Joseph Gordon-Levitt episode (whom I did know from Third Rock from the Sun, 10 Things I Hate About You, and 500 Days of Summer).

I just watched part of the monologue. I cant believe they're still making fun of the vmas/Kanye West incident. It was funny the first week. What is this two months now? Guess they're running out of original material.

Highest rated SNL of the season
Apparently, people knew who he is as this was the highest rated episode of the season. Maybe the Twilight fans tuned in but the show just keeps going on and on despite it being only occasionally funny.
