In regards to your spoiler, lest we forget potentially the most important show for him to have guest-starred on...
As for the episode itself, it was, as it has been since the beginning, solid. I think the reason for the lack of comments is due to the fact that, while a well written show with a solid cast, there's very little to actually comment upon. It's a show I watch, enjoy, but do not dwell too heavily on.

Last week didn't get a comment from me because I felt as though the episode was a drag and unnecessary.
This one was an improvement just due to topic, but it wasn't that great. This show is really starting to trail Modern Family. That show just keeps getting better just about every week.

Decided to cancel the SP on this, Courteney was great to look at, but not enough to keep me in the show.

I never really thought this was particularly funny, but neither is HIMYM. I tried to view it as an different kind of sitcom, fun and breezy with just a few laughs. But I think it's been getting less enjoyable and not more and I thought this was the worst episode so far imho.
I might not get what the big fuss is about Modern Family (I do like it), but I very much agree Cougar Town is now trailing it in a very big way.

This show gets a big, fat "meh" from me.
Sure, its relatively amusing, and sure, Courtney Cox looks incredible, but for the most part it just completely floats by without any sort of purpose.

I'm really enjoying this show as it grows. It would have been over for me had it mainly been about an older cougar mom on the prowl with a different guy each week. The development of ex-husband Bobby as more than just "doofus" and Ellie and Grayon's relationship were interesting progress for the show. Knowing that this is Bill Lawrence, I should have seen the character development coming.

LOVED this episode and am quite enjoying the series. I lost it for a good while during The Shawshank Experience.
