Not to mention Ashlee has already interviewed saying that she knew from the beginning that her character was most likely only going to appear in the first 13 or so episodes. She seemed pretty amicable about it really.

Personally I'm only bored when her character is on screen, otherwise I'm really like this show now that it's found its footing (and hopefully more viewers).

Yes, 2 actors were dropped during the 1st season. Amy Locane (Sandy) and Vanessa Williams (not the singer) (Rhonda)

And coincidentally, Heather Locklear joined the show after they departed.
