Agree. Mercy is nothing special either. How these shows got picked up is a mystery to me.

I love me some Poehler, but the rest of the cast has been fantastic as well. I think the show has been getting better every week.

See now last season I would have agreed with you, but the have really fine tuned the Leslie Knope character this season. She is much more likeable and the secondary characters are being allowed to shine more. Kath and Kim was a trainwreck from the word go. Selma Blair was too old and Molly Shannon too young for either character. I never believed anyone Blair's age could be so ditsy and shallow nor that she was dating Craig who was played by someone EIGHT YEARS YOUNGER than her

See above. My sentiments exactly.

I don't know where you're getting your information, but I think Leno is likely to be around for a while. The money it costs NBC to produce that show far outweighs the poor ratings. Sure they probably had better numbers with several hour-long shows in those 10pm slots, but the $$$ it cost to get them on the air (not to mention risky ratings success) makes Leno a pretty solid decision in the network's mind.

It will be interesting to see how NBC crams Chuck and Parenthood into the schedule now even when Trauma bites it.

I cant understand it either. Last year it was so terrible, that it is actually the only show on NBC on thursday nights that I didnt record last year, and this year it is joined by Jay leno. Kath and Kim was god awful, Parks and Rec was no better.

Parks & Rec was indeed poo last year. I, however, am very glad that I stuck with it; it's been great this season.

I hated the first couple episodes, and slammed it in the first couple threads here.

It got much better, and is a favorite now.
