Holy crap this is a great episode! (Sheldon's MO was apparent from the get go, but absolutely hilarious nonetheless.)

Kind of a "meh" episode. I expected the goth club to be funnier. But Sheldon trying to train Penny was pretty funny.

How was Raj able to talk to the women in the club so easily?

He was drinking alcohol.

Overall, I liked it: I loved the Sheldon conditioning Penny plot, kinda meh on the goth bar plotline.

I agree on both stories

I loved the positive reinforcing of Penny, but absolutely lost it when Sheldon used negative reinforcement on Leonard with the spray bottle.

Even Howard and Raj were funny, but I would not suggest keeping them on their own too often. A little goes a long way.

Sheldon and Penny were killing me. I couldn't wait for the other two to get off-screen.

Trivia: Could it be that the fictitious anime they were watching was the same one Charlie wrote the theme song for in an episode of "Two and a Half Men" last year?

Yep. The two shows share the same creator.

The episode felt incomplete for me. I'm wondering if it carries it over to next week where Penny gains ten pounds and wants revenge on Sheldon.

Penny and Sheldon continue to be awesome. I'd rather see them eventually get together. The episode where Sheldon finally has sex will be epic.
