If this one is at least on par with the pilot I'll give it a few more. If not, this is my last ep.

Is this still on? Thought they would have canceled it by now.

Yeah same here, and it could've easily been on a FG ep. If this show can't be funny with its own voice it'll die a quick death.

I liked this episode, though I wanted to see more of the neighbor bear.

Damn I missed it tonight. I don't now, I don't think you people are the target audience so maybe that's why so many here are hating the show so far.

Re: The Cleveland Show -- "Da Doggone Daddy-Daughter Dinner Dance" -- 10/04/09

I think people should give it at least one more shot. The first episode was setting up him leaving and joining the new family/show and introducing the characters, this second episode was him getting the kids to finally accept him into the family, so the third episode should give more of a feeling of what the show should be like week to week from now on.

I thought it was betterthan the pilot.

The Star Trek convention rapist joke cracked me up

I'm in for 2 more episodes - and I agree with MrX hopefully this will be the end of the "setup" episodes.

Maybe Cleveland's seasons are 5 episodes long?

I turned in for 5 minutes before turning the channel to wait for Family Guy. Pilot bored the crap out of me & the 5 minutes I saw were also boring. Was Cleveland Jr. even in Family Guy? I don't remember seeing him before. I remember Cleveland's wife but no kids.

Cleveland Jr was actually a skinny hyperactive kid with ADD on Family Guy. He disappeared after season 2 or 3.

Well, in fairness to the studio, the Cleveland Show is probably 1000x cheaper to produce than Terminator.
