Is anyone going to try this? I've never seen The Soup, so I'm not familiar with Joel McHale and if he's even funny.

Anyways, this wil be taking 30 Rock's timelot until 30 Rock premieres in October. Then this will move to 8pm.

I'm definitely checking this show out. Chevy Chase needs a hit bad. He hasn't been funny in years!

Too bad this is already cockblocked by two hour long shows on my TiVo. For the first time in years I will not be watching NBC HD on Thursday night. Good job, guys!

The promos haven't been great, but I like McHale so I'll be checking this out.

This is the only new show of the season i'm even remotely excited about. I love McHale on the soup, and thought Chase was great on Chuck last season. We'll see how it works out here.

They sure have been promoting the hell out of it.

I'm going to watch this I like Joel on the Soup - and I'm hoping that Chevy Chase brings the funny..

But I always cringe with these pilots... you can smell the execs tinkering with every little thing.

I'm willing to check this one out for a few weeks. I'm trying to cut down on the number of shows I watch but I do need more half hour comedies.

Just watched it. It was okay. A little disjointed at 1st, but it did get better near the end. There is some potential for these characters.

I think the writer of the episode (Dan Harmon) tried a little too hard to make Jeff a witty character. Alot of his dialogue just wasn't that funny. I don't know about his British buddy.

it is also following "The Soup" on Friday @ 10:30pm EST on E!.

The blonde is hot, and it's nice to see Alison Brie (Trudy from Mad Men) in a more contemporary setting. The show is okay, not awesome, but not awful.

This has real potential. In fact, I think I saw more out of this in one segment than I have in the entire run of Parks & Recreation so far.

I didn't think it was horrible. Alot of the dialogue in the early part of the episode just wasn't that funny. I thought it did get better near the end.

I'll give it another spin next week, but it's going to be off Hulu since next Thursday is even worse than today with even more premieres.

I thought it was okay but was slightly disappointed in it. Was really wanting to get into it but for the most part I just found it sorta boring. I'll watch it a few more times to see if it gets better but could easily see myself dropping it.
