Leverage -- Season 2 Premiere -- "The Beantown Bailout Job" -- 7/15/09
Synopsis:
Spoiler:
15 episodes for season 2.
I was actually surprised to see this come back so soon. I guess TNT is hoping for bigger numbers with less clutter in the summer. This was a very pleasant surprise last winter. Looking forward to this season. BTW, the DVD for season 1 just came out Tuesday. If you haven't seen it yet, I would recommend at least a rental. It's a very fun caper show similar to the Ocean's movies.

Awesome. Looking forward to this since there are few things to watch in the summer.

Watched all of the 1st season and have been eagerly awaiting this. Nice nod to the Thomas Crown Affair in that promo shot. I thought they were going to include Nate's ex-wife in the group after the finale. But I guess they're going to keep the sexual tension between her and sophie for now.

Not a great start to the season, but the end was great.

Liked the nod to the first season of "just this one... Ok maybe one more" theme even if it was a bit cheesey and a bit heavy handed.
The episode itself was not that great but after the first season it'll get a pass from me. And I did like them demo'ing his house/apt into the new HQ and bringing back the cheesey portrait was a nice touch!

The plot was a little tough to follow, but the ending was really good.
I do love how the show doesn't take itself too seriously and always keeps the mood light.
It was good seeing Nate and the team back together again.

I think the main problem was too much time was wasted getting them all back together. Now that they are back, we won't have to see all that stupid crap.

I didn't think this episode was horrible. The plot was a little tough to follow and it took awhile for me to understand the whole point of the job. But, yeah it did take a little too long for the team to get back together. However, they were apart for 6 months, so they couldn't just jump right back in.
