The top 16 dancers perform on SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE, the series that has America on its feet. Dancers must impress the judges with their moves and rigorous routines in order to remain in the competition.

"Results Show" - Thursday, June 25 - 9/8c - 1 hour

It's elimination night on SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE and two dancers will be sent home.

Randi and Evan will both make it to the Top 10, and I think that Jeanine and Phillip will both make it also.

Anyway, on the poll I voted for who I thought would be in the bottom 3, not who deserves to be in the bottom 3.

Who do I think will go home? Kupono and Janette.

I voted for who I thought would be in the bottom 3 too. If it was should I would have had Phillip and Jeanine in there, but it seems unlikely to me they will be.

I thought Nigel was really hard on Jonathan and Karla. He just went on and on about how awful it was. It wasnt the best, but it surprised me how much he really laid into them. And then he praised Vitonia and whats her name? That dance was AWFUL. She danced in slow motion. They seemed to be praising his sensitivity to her crying (hello the cameras are on, what did they expect?) instead of critiquing that dance. They both deserve to go home. And take note, the rock star sign with the tongue haning out? Please stop doing that! Jeanette did it too, and its down right unattractive and a huge turnoff.

Didnt like Caitlin and Jasons dance at all. Seen the paso done hundred times, and a hundred times it was better than that. And those outfits were god awful.

Best of night for me was Melissa and Ade, and Evan and (aaahh forget her name right now) but they both were FANTASTIC. Loved that butt dance! Amazing song and choreography!! So unique! Both of those couples have amazing technique! I also enjoyed the Vienesse Waltz. It moved beautifully. Those were my top 3 dances.

From what I've read, Nigel had a hernia operation over the weekend (the "If I could stand up I would" comment from last week makes sense now) and they said that he was pulling a Paula this week (heavily medicated) so that might have augmented his perspective at the taping.

We'll see if he apologizes tonight.

I love Randy and Evan - they are so cute and have great chemistry.

I was really shocked at how good of a hip-hop dancer Brandon was.

Bottom 3:
Karla and Jonathan (actually just Jonathan because Karla was good, Jonathan was mushy).

Jeanine and Philip (just Philip, as he's not too versatile a dancer).

Asuka and Vitolio - didn't find them in sync line-wise, as Vitolio's body shapes didn't match Asuka's.

Decent:
Caitlin and Jason - Jason didn't pull his weight on this paso.


Solid:

Evan and Randi - fun and whimsical. They are good performers, even if their dance technique needs work in spots.

Brandon and Janette - didn't like the concept of "rock" chick dancing, but Brandon was good on his hip-hop contribution.

Kupono and Kayla - very lyrical and "dreamy" movements, I was apprehensive about this pairing, as I thought it would hamper Kayla's chances to advance, but at least Kupono didn't have to do any upper body lifts.

Ade and Melissa - most consistent pairing so far. My friend who was in town for a day couldn't get over Melissa's rockin' bod.

I'd like to see Asuka Kondoh make it, and I think she would look a lot better with a different partner, but as it stands I don't see her as being "better" than any of the five listed above.

You think Karla and Janette have a better shot to make the top 5 girls than Melissa? I have to look up pictures just to remind myself who those two are and it's already week 3, while Melissa is probably the most memorable female dancer this season so far for me.

I agree. Melissa seems like a lock for top 5 to me. Her ballet/pilates training gives her some of the best lines and technique I have seen. And she is emotionally connecting to her partner and her dances.

I found that less annoying than the repetition of "If I was not a dancer" in the interviews.

On another note, isn't Phillip Chbeeb a lock for the top 10? Despite his lack of versatility, his online following makes me think he'd even make it to the top 4.

Really? I thought his was horrible. I can't figure out for the life of me what his "style of dance" is. It looked like he was trying to do ballroom or salsa but Max was much better at that style then he was.

Was thinking the same thing. My wife thought that its just the way these 'artsy' people act around each other.
