After last week's upset, I'm indifferent if Ty or Shawn make it another week. Melissa and Gilles, on the other hand, better make it to the finale.

It's time for new judges. Carrie Anne and Bruno each have such a crush on Gilles that they can't be objective. Even when they point out his mistakes they still hand out 9s and 10s. Their standing and shouting is nauseating. I can't imagine judges acting that way in a real ballroom competition. Of course, you wouldn't see the same gymnastic routines and disco moves that somehow are considered ballroom dancing on DWTS.

It would have been interesting to see if Gilles was partnered with Karina, what kind of scoring and fan support he would get. I wonder if his popularity with the ladies would be nullified by their hatred of Karina.

Filler is bad enough in the results show, but when they shove filler down out throats in the performance show just to stretch the show to two hours (because their Bob Saget sitcom isn't performing as well as they hoped)... ugh.

Yep. Thank god for the DVR. I watched this in about 20-25 minutes. The first 30-35 minutes was pure filler.

While Anna can dance, she's got weird teeth. Poor Mayo, the judges basically told him "better luck next time."

Although I'm a huge fan of Cheryl's and have greatly enjoyed her dances with Gilles, those last two dances were by far her worst choreography ever. Also, the chemistry between Gilles and Cheryl was totally off. I have no idea what the hell the judges saw there that got them so excited.

Gilles is over-rated, Cheryl is clearly doing everything. She's the picture and he's the frame - exactly!
She is the v-8 engine and he is the car body.

, Julianne was undeniably great in that performance (as were Mark and Derek)! I know the pro dances are really just there to pad the runti,e but it's always great to see what they can really do without an inexperienced partner holding them back.
