Yes. Don't expect a masterpiece just because of his arrival, though. Any effect he has on the show, for better or worse, will probably be gradual.

Re: Heroes -- "Shades of Gray" -- Vol. 4: Fugitives -- 3/9/09

During the commercials on 24, I flipped back to this to see a few scenes:

Spoiler:
1. Ma Petrelli talking to the Special Op guy with the Napoleon complex.
2. Sylar and his pop talking.
3. Puppet man take out the folks chasing him with Claire looking on.
4. Two Heroes and a Baby.
5. Sylar pulling out arrows and wrapping some cord around his dad's neck and walking away.
6. The aforementioned Napolean complex spec-ops guy pointing a gun at Nathan next to a window (...which I assume Nathan flew out of to avoid the bullet).

I'll watch the ep tomorrow to see how these things connect and play out.

With Fuller being back, it would be pretty great if they make that "Future" episode from Season 1 come true. The one where Nathan was President, only it wasn't Nathan it was Sylar, and Super Peter was ready to fight him.

That would be awesome.

Wow, based on the number of responses so far, it's a good thing Heroes has been picked up for another season already. I thought this was actually a pretty good episode. In fact, I can't really think of anything I didn't like about it. Hopefully this is the start of a trend.

Now, if only Lionel beheads Claire and REALLY starts busting asses. He can, now that his bouncing baby boy told him about the Californian Cheerleader with the healing ability.

Ma Petrelli was awesome when she was sucking oysters and giving "The Hunter" the business.

So why does Hayden wear a wig? Its so obvious in HD looking at that weird hair line.

I googled "Hayden heroes wig" and found this:

Think Hayden Panettiere jumped on the celebrity bandwagon and got a cool crop just because every other Hollywood hairbot had one? Think again! Turns out Hayden was forced to cut her hair into a cute, trendy bob after the many intense hairstyles and treatments on the Heroes set last season weakened her strands. To help Hayden’s tresses grow back healthier than ever, this year the show’s hair pro Lee Ann Brittenham is giving her hair a break.

Hayden sports a dark ponytail on this season's Heroes. As for Panettiere’s dark new ’do on Heroes, “We’re using wigs. You never see her real hair,” says Brittenham. “Under the wig she’s wearing conditioner all day so her natural hair now is really healthy.” (Maybe wigs will be the new hair accessory of choice?) If you’re looking for a new ’do that’s as sexy as it is safe to your hair, check out our guide to getting fall TV’s hottest hair and makeup looks.

Re: Heroes -- "Shades of Gray" -- Vol. 4: Fugitives -- 3/9/09

I liked this episode a lot. They had been building up to a confrontation between Nathan and the hunter for awhile. i just hope they kill Nicki/Traci soon as she just drags down the show. Two Heroes and a baby might get old quick though. John Glover is a nice addition.

I'm predicting a father/son vs. father/daughter showdown between Glover/Sylar vs. Nathan/Claire for the finale.

So, would it be going too far for Heroes if the baby is Rebel and is super-intelligent and is already masterminding everything.

Not a bad episode. In a long time, the episode went by pretty quickly and I wanted more. Can't wait for the next episode.

I know it's been mentioned before that Rebel might be
Spoiler:
Micah
. But my wife added something to it that kinda makes sense to me:
Spoiler:
What if it's actually Micah AND Molly? Which is how Rebel knows where all our Heroes are always and finds a way to contact them via whatever electronic means is nearby?

But seriously, give Hiro his stupid powers back already. Make him bad-ass Samurai-swinging-straight-english-speaking-ninja-wearing Hiro already.

Re: Heroes -- "Shades of Gray" -- Vol. 4: Fugitives -- 3/9/09

I'd call it the best Episode of the fugitives Volume by far.

Sylar's sequences with his dad weren't bad at all. Claire going to the comic book shop and have all the geeks drool over her was pretty funny. Even Noah and Nathan's involvement made sense in that episode. A solid step in the right direction.

Now I don't want to gt carried away but I still have to see how Fuller will try to salvage Mohinder, Hiro, Parkman and others back into a half decent storyline.

I wonder if creepy bald guy has the healing ability and Sylar will bring him to his father. Just a thought.

I didn't see Fuller's name mentioned in the opening credits.

And what was with Ma Patrelli in the limo? When Noah called her and told her he was sending the Hunter her way she was holding...socks to her face?

Really!? In that case, I want to change my vote -- this episode sucks!

As someone who has thought that the show has conssitently been pretty good but not great since Season 2, I found this episode to be of no better quality than any of the previous episodes from this story arc.
