Are we talking about shows you miss watching back in the day or stuff that you wish was still on today? Like I mentioned earlier, it would be ludicrous for something like Seinfeld or The Cosby Show to be still on in a 20th+ season.

I made my list thinking of shows that just didn't get a good run...those shows are ones I miss the most. The shows I miss left me wanting more, made me want to see what happened to the characters and did not get satisfying ends to their run on TV.

Shows that had a good run, with satisfying ends to the series I don't really miss in the same way. Seinfeld, for example, ended on a high and had a great run so I am not complaining. There are shows I may miss but I can't say I miss them the "most" because they didn't really leave me wanting more. But I can see how people get nostalgic for types of shows and miss the days they could watch first run Seinfeld or Cosby back in the day.

West Wing (I think the new regime deserved a chance)
Boston Legal (just to see how much more absurd they could get)
Andy Richter Controls the Universe (hilarious show that deserved much more)

Pretty much most of the shit I would have listed has already been so I'll just add a few that haven't been talked about already that I miss.

October Road.
The Office (U.K.) (although it could not have gone on any longer. It was perfect at 12 episodes and one special)
Spaced (same as The Office without the special)
Point Pleasant (little show that only lasted a handful of episodes.. had Marti Noxon and Ben Edlund involved. The chicks were cute and it was semi-interesting)

Pretty much every show that was created by Bryan Fuller (Pushing Daisies, Wonderfalls, Dead Like Me) and Tim Minear (The Inside, Drive) or simply had them involved.

and even though they've been mentioned, they need to be mentioned again.

There are some shows I've seen listed where I thought: "yeah, I miss that." Then I'd think about it more and remember how many of those shows were incredibly crappy in that last season. I can't say I miss those shows.
