My vote goes for Ma Patreli. Even though I'm surprised that someone her age would know how to text someone.

I think you are looking for logic in a show that has proven there is very little logic to it.

I was wondering the same thing. Did they fly? If so, I thought they were instructed by Peter to "stay off the grid". WTF?

At least that's better than being a "Fishboy". Seriously, when the hell is going to use that power? Are there plans to infiltrate the Government's super-secret, underwater base?

Also, did the Groom have some sort of ability? He knock out Ando and carried him off in a matter of seconds. Teleportation? Super Strength, Speed?

What I meant was I was much more invested in the show previously. I still find it entertaining, but now I feel like it could get cancelled tomorrow and I wouldn't really miss it.

As for the 24 comparison, the Homeland Security stuff and the in-fighting/backstabbing/office politics just struck a 24-ish chord with me. The fact that they cast Zeljko Ivanek as the head of the strike team just made it more pronounced (for me, at least).

Tracy has had trouble controlling her power in the past especially when she was feeling threatened, so I can give the writers a pass on this one.

Tracy's power has always manifested itself when she felt threatened, whether or not she was consciously using it (like at the beginning of the season when we first saw her use her powers when she froze the reporter). So it's no different than how her powers would usually work.

Unless they plan to bring back Ali Carter's original character having Micah there wouldn't make much sense. The writers have pretty much dumped all 3 characters.

Nowadays, the episode almost always comes to a screeching halt when it involves scenes with HRG making moon eyes at Claire-bear and she goes all petulant on him, and when Ando and Hiro yap about inanities.

The character was Hana Gitelman. That would be my guess but I don't think the writers are that bright.

Ha....I watched the first 5 minutes and actually shut it off. Just can't take the god awful writing anymore. This show makes me want to self-lobotomize.

General question to everyone.

What would you like to see this show doing for story lines?

If that was why it would at least make some sense, otherwise it does not.

The Heroes working together and a direction that will pay off in the series finale like Lost.

Also stop introducing new characters every week and concentrate on the original cast members.

Re: Heroes -- "Building 26" -- Vol. 4: Fugitives -- 2/16/09

I agree, I think the main thing that ends up bringing the show down is waaayyyy too many characters. We never know if they're going to become a major character or get killed off the next episode, plus they take time away from developing the stories of the "main" characters.

I'm basically just along for the ride at this point, but I would really like if they showed a little more direction in what the purpose of everything is.

Yeah, I'm watching for Sylar only too. He was really great in this episode too.
