I've never read a spoiler but each week I'm wondering if I need to abandon these threads. As the end draws near and more and more questions are answered, people are piecing things together before they are given to us on the show, which in turn, makes it a spoiler and ruins the suspense.

Agreed. And I've always been afraid that somebody in the thread has read spoilers, and then "speculates" on what may happen, leaving us believe he's just coming up with his own theories, when in reality the theory is based on spoilers (maybe that's what you were getting at). I'm sure it's happened, and will continue to happen more as the series comes to a close, which is why I try not to read too much of the theorizing...paranoid? You bet!

Kind of takes away a lot of the enjoyment of the Lost threads though.

We had an amber alert that began the second the recap ended and ended the second Sun hang up. Didn't get a single subtitle.

The actor playing Jin is struggling to pretend he doesn't know English now. It's kind of funny.

I was thinking originally the Smoke Monster was a Dharma creation...looks like it's a bit older than that if it's designed to protect the temple?
