I loved Turk calling himself the black Wayne Brady.

I actually had to pause because I was laughing so hard when Elliot was talking about "ham babies".

These two were #9 and #10 respectively of 19.

There are 9 episodes left.

#11 and #12 are scheduled for Feb 17th.

#13 and #14 are scheduled for Feb 24th.

#15 and #16 are scheduled for Mar 3rd.

... and #17, #18, and #19 -- the last three -- are scheduled for Mar 10th.

++++

The wife and I finally watched the second ep, and we had to rewind several parts because I was laughing so hard.

This season of Scrubs is pure gold.

ABC should have stole this from NBC along time ago.

From Alan Sepinwall's blog:

No more new episodes until the show moves to Wednesdays on March 18. And, unless ABC decides to quickly pull the plug on "Better Off Ted," this will be the last pairing of original episodes.

Boo!

I agree with the others here that I've warmed up to Denise over the course of the season.

Loved the call back to the Janitor saying he was in The Fugitive.

But maybe he wasn't in "The Fugitive"...

They'd better change the timeslot too, since it doesn't stand a chance going up against LOST. But everything I've seen indicates that Better Off Ted will be in the 8:30 slot, so they'll probably use Scrubs as a lead-in.

Why was Turk saying Elliot has a flat ass when previously he made a comment how she has a nice ass for a white girl? Hmmmmmm

Those comments aren't necessarily mutually exclusive.

Just curious... would you watch "Legal Custodians"?

I would.

Oh, and way to rehash an opening created a long time ago. We're not that dumb.

Re: Scrubs - "My Absence" & "My Comedy Show" (02/10/09)

I actually think they are doing a good job of setting the show up to continue with new cast members.

-I've been a fan of Denise since day one. I think she's awesome. Very to the point, different, and a great all-around character; I like her interactions with everyone else as well.
-Sonny Dey is also a new favourite of mine. Her happiness in the face of anything seems sincere and doesn't come off annoying at all (which is surprising), and yet I think she has this dark side to her as well that will eventually come to light.
-Jimmy the Overly Touchy Orderly is fantastic as well. So weird, but works great.

Not so sure about the other blond intern or the intern with the glasses. I was sad to see Ed go, as he was funny and could've been developed and grown as a character, but I didn't expect him to last long given he is going to star in Parks & Recreation.

Glad to see Ted getting some happiness too. Gooch is funny and has some cute songs. If they get rid of J.D., Turk, Carla, and Elliot...but keep Dr. Cox, Janitor, Kelso, and Ted (and to a lesser degree Jordin and The Todd)...I will continue to watch it for sure. The main cast never really was my favourite anyway, I definitely preferred the supporting cast all along.

If Scrubs were to continue to a new season, it would probably be just Dr. Cox as the Chief of Medicine, Turk as head surgeon, and Elliot with her private practice. It would work but that would mean Carla has left medicine to take care of her children but no explanation for JD leaving.
Haven't heard about Judy Reyes saying this is her last season, but I did read an interivew with Bill Lawrence where he states that JD will be leaving Sacred Heart at the end of Season 8 to be closer to his son who lives 40 minutes away now.

Them wanting to continue brings back memories of a show called After Mash.
Don't do it.

Here you go. She apparently wants to focus on film and possibly Broadway.
