Any good sites out there that list the songs played in the background during the show?

Yes. The next month is a bit different than the last few years. There will be 3 groups of 12, followed by a wild card round of singers who didn't get the votes but the judges liked.
Tonights episode should be good. Though I've always found the episode devoted to just people riding up the elevator to hear the verdict to be dull (which is what tomorrow might be?).

Two weeks of Hollywood? That's a switch. I think last year they crammed it all in one week of shows.

Fuck Tatiana. Seriously...fuck that bitch.
(I accidentally posted that in last week's thread, but enjoyed typing it so much, I went ahead and brought it over here, too. Seriously. Fuck her right in the ear.)

I didn't watch it yet, but Norman Gentle has been the star of the show for me. If Sanjaya can make it to the final cut, he sure as hell can.

I think most would agree. She was so annoying, especially when the judges were dragging out the news. I can't imagine her getting past the audience vote, but who knows?
Did that Norman Gentile asswipe actually make it? Hello, votefortheworst.com.
So we're getting 3 groups of 12, does that mean that 3 from each group move forward, with an additional 4 wildcards from the judges to make 13? That's the way it was done in the first season, but I prefer the way it was done since then.

The more I see of Adam Lambert, the less I like him. I realize he's from the theater, but he really needs to tone down...everything. His voice is pleasant when he's not aiming for the cheap seats...in the theater across the street. I expect ridiculous hair until the stylists get hold of the contestants (look at David Cook early last season), but the guyliner, black fingernails and ugly rings just scream "trying too damn hard."

If you want to see the list of who makes the Top36, check out www.votefortheworst.com
And I will be voting for Nick Mitchell (a.k.a. Normun Gentle). I still can't believe he made it, he must have had a great solo (I missed the middle third of tonight's show).

Why did the guy who forget the lyrics and choked on the piano...twice..make it through??
I thaught that would be an instant disqualification??

Every year they state that anyone who forgets the lyrics will be eliminated. And every year, somebody who freaking hums through half the song makes it through. It's a toothless threat.

Unless, of course, they want to keep you around.
Look at Tatiana... she could whistle an entire song and shit in her hand, and they'd give her another chance.

What the hell does everyone sing the same damn song? It was either I hope you Dance or that Alicia Keys song.
Glad that Danny and his boy Jamar made it.
Glad that Anne Marie made it as well.
I also like the Oil Rig driller.
Adam, the guy who sang Believe, sounded kind of over the top and obnoxious to me.
Tatiana can eat shit and die. Same with Norman Gentle.

I figure they have to have somebody to say no to tonight so they let some people slip in. Hopefully Tatiana and Gentle are two of those people!
