Anyway, the first group of twelve is as follows. Remember that the top 3 vote getters will advance from each of the three groups of twelve, then the judges will have three wildcards.
Tatiana Del Toro
Stevie Wright
Anne Marie Boskovich
Jackie Tohn
Casey Carlson
Alexis Grace
Anoop Desai
Michael Sarver
Stephen Fowler
Danny Gokey
Ricky Braddy
Brent Keith
From this group I really like Anne Marie Boskovitch and Danny Gokey, though Annop Desai was good also. Then again, there are quite a few names that I don't recognize, maybe once I hear them I'll be impressed.
Brent Keith should also be good - he finished in sixth place in Nashville Star 2 and has had some music videos on CMT.
With regard to Tatiana Del Toro - she is incredibly annoying, but she also has an incredibly good voice.
I agree with everything you said! I took think Anne Marie is a dark house in this thing what little I saw of her I think she's has a very pop freindly voice and she's really cute.
PS. Anne Marie is the girl you want to be your girlfreind and Casey is the one to have the illicit affair with
(She's pure eye candy!!)

Michael "the roughneck" Sarver has been moved out of the incredibly stacked Group 1 and replaced with Mike "the wielder" Breitzke. Looks like they want to save Michael since it's almost guaranteed that the guy with the dead wife is going to be the top male in this group.

I think Titiana has just an OK voice.
The judges ask if they think contestants have a chance of winning Idol to put them in the final 36. And then why do they choose Norman or whats his name? He's going to pull that act which the judges enjoy and encourage but how long will it be before they and America are sick of it?
The only one who stood out for me is the guy who worked the oil rigs. Very nice voice. I think he competed in the country version of Idol on CMT.

It's going to be a lot more brutal this year with only three out of 12 advancing (before wildcard). For the past four years or so, the top 10 of 12 advanced (then the top 8 of 10, etc) which gave the unknowns a good chance since odds were they would survive Week 1 and could build a following. Wasn't Elliot Yamin not seen until the Top 24 round? I don't think he'd stand a chance this year.
Now, the deck is heavily stacked in favor of the ones the show was pimping during auditions / Hollywood week.
