I just found out the answer to my question. She was the nailgun victim/cute pseudo-goth chick in Final Destination 3.

I thought it was an entertaining episode. Usually the foreshadowing gets annoying but I kinda liked it here. Ep. definitely needed more Lois Lane. In some kind of/any kind of outfit. |

Great episode. I loved evil Chloe and the Legion. The musical score sounded really good to me in this one, I don't know if they have a new composer or what.

Re: Smallville -- "Legion" -- 1/15/09
Another good episode. It certainly wasn't as good as Bride, but I think it did better than most we've had in the past to wrap up a storyline. The best part was probably Clark showing them there was another way to do things. However, do you think they added the Clark/Lana conversation to underscore that he's still not Superman? Regardless, I find it odd - that at this point in the S verse - that conversation still needed to take place.
I liked the young brash guy. They used him really well to call out either shortcomings of the series, or at least a nod to the fans that the writers know stuff is missing but perhaps they can't do anything about it. I agree some Lois would have been a good addition. I won't even speculate about the future of Chloe, but I have to imagine they had a plan from the beginning. I don't know if the name change would work. There have been too many hints that this Lois has a future with Clark, and Chloe already had somewhat of a shot at whitness protection. Plus how could they change her name to Lois and not address the situation with Jimmy? I was dumb and had watched the preview and so I was expecting more on the legacy angle, but I think some of that may come in over the next few episodes. For a second I thought he was going to put the ring on, but only end up flashing forward a handful of months/years. I think it would have been really creepy if before they transported the girl had of telepathically said to Clark, "Doomsday is coming." right after he was told, "Be careful in the days ahead."

Re: Smallville -- "Legion" -- 1/15/09
I've stuck with this show since day one, enjoying the majority of episodes, hating a few - and every now and then you get an entry like this that totally captures the same feeling you had as a kid reading your favorite comic books.
This was definitely one of the magic episodes, and the reason we stick with the show.

I haven't watched this show in a couple of years, but I watched this one because I saw the end of the last ep.
It wasn't too shabby, except for the fact that Lois was missing.

Re: Smallville -- "Legion" -- 1/15/09
Another enjoyable episode.
I was surprised that Chloe re-remembered Clark's secret. I guess the Legion mind meld brought it back. Thank goodness though. I think she is a strong part of helping Clark discover who he is. The Legion characters seemed a little goofy to me, especially the kid who has the fascination with Kal-El. But, I did enjoy them in this episode. Surprised that Davis is still in denial about his Doomsday destiny. I was worried last summer when I heard that Kristin Kreuk chopped off her hair, because I think she is one of the most beautiful actresses out there and I absolutely love her long black hair. But, I am really digging the new hairstyle now. I missed seeing Erica Durance in this episode. Even though she's a series regular, it seems like she appears in 13-15 episodes a season instead of 22. |

Re: Smallville -- "Legion" -- 1/15/09
I thought the episode was great. I geeked out at the first shot of the legion flight ring. Too bad they got some ginger kid for Lightning Lad. A contrast to the rough long hair stud hes portrayed in the comics now. Saturn girl was yummy, with a nice ass!
I know it wont happen, but it would be nice if Clark started wearing the ring. There was some hero worship from The Legion but they were meeting a very historic (to them) figure. And your right about Erica Durance DJariya, she is never contracted for full season appearances ![]()

Re: Smallville -- "Legion" -- 1/15/09
According to Imdb, Erica Durance has two TV movies and one regular movie in various states of production.
Her going AWOL from Smallville is likely due to her taking some time away to do filming on one of those projects. For those of you who miss her so much, enjoy this picture: ![]() |

Imagine if they had gotten the woman who played Phantom Girl to have played Supergirl instead!! I hate the Supergirl actress and loved this new one! To bad she probably won't be back.

"Phantom Girl" in this episode is really "Saturn Girl", though there is a Phantom Girl in the Legion of Super-Heroes.

Re: Smallville -- "Legion" -- 1/15/09
I thought this episode was horrible to the point of being barely watchable. I was expecting some Doomsday pounding and I got three dorks with rings, evil Chloe with her evil voice, Lana whining about something or another, and an Astaroth cameo.

You need to bust out your credit card and pay the $1.99 on Itunes. Smallville was just added there this season.

That's what I thought this was going to be when I saw the title. I forgot about the 31st century superfriends.
