I love the fact that The Office was the highest rated NBC show on Thursday night. I hope that they can keep up the ratings against the formidable competition that is Grey's Anatomy and Survivor.

I don't follow these numbers as near as closely as some of you as I usually just wait for dvd sales and such...but those seem to be great numbers for the Mentalist. Any predictions on it sustaining such viewership? Seems NCIS will help it greatly.

Considering it is on the same night that NCIS, Dancing with the Stars, Law & Order: SVU and Without a Trace is on I think it is doing alright. It isn't even close to cancellation.

What should be more concerning is it only got 7m viewers in a timeslot it should've done better in (especially vs. Lipstick Jungle) and the fact it lost 1m viewers from its lead-in.
