Wow, Bones has really made a name for itself in the last few years.

Solid debut for Bones. It's not surprising IMO, Bones has normally floated around the 9-10M mark the last 2 seasons. It's one of the very few in-house shows at FOX that they actually gave time to grow and build an audience.

I gave up on the show mid-year season one. Maybe I should pickup the dvds an watch again. It was a show I wanted to like, because of DB.

saw the ratings for House last night. Not really all that good, so I'm beginning to think they really need to get back to the old formula of the show. Fringe looks like it retained all but about 1 million of the viewers. That may end up being a pretty good combo for Fox.

Blame it on the power of House as a lead-in. Time will tell once we get the rest of the fall schedule up and running on other networks, mainly CBS, and ABC (NBC is sort of lagging behind in their schedule this season).

That's true. For a repeat, NCIS actually did pretty good. Of all the shows, isn't NCIS one that has slowly been climbing? Even during the downslide of some shows (CSI, Grey's Anatomy, etc), NCIS continued to get 16-17m per week. Even against American Idol it does very well.

I believe so. IIRC, NCIS was extremely strong against American Idol. I started watching the show when it first came on USA over the winter with the first episode, and through USA marathons I think I've caught just about every episode of the series, except for the S5 episodes I caught either new or on rerun. It's my current favorite show on TV right now, tied with Lost.

Yeah 90210 has dropped off alot, but it's still decent numbers for a CW program. Gossip Girl has actually done really well this season thus far even though it was one of the lowest rated Nielsen programs last season.
