If I recall correctly, when the baby was born it was black, thus there was no way that Carlos was the father.

Well I wouldn't count Lynnette as "sitting around". It looked to me like the rest of them came to Scavo's for lunch and Lynette was their server. I thought that was kind of a rude way to "include" here in the "luncheon".
