And thinking more about this... the only person that didn't guarantee anything was Parvati. so if it played out with them voting Jason out, she'd be the only one that could parlay it into a vote for her in the finals ("hey, i never guaranteed you anything, Jason"). but the point is moot.

Maybe I'd be more of a fan of Cirie if it weren't for those shit-eating grins that she can't contain whenever one of her plans comes to fruition. Smart strategic player though. She seems to be a little more confrontational in camp, getting in shout-fights at times. I don't really have much of a sense for what the tribe thinks of her. But I agree with das - I'm not sure that the Ozzy ousting helped her cause at this point. She was so sure for final 3 before - now she could finish anywhere.

If the "girl power" alliance holds true, they better get ready to starve. Because they all seem useless around camp. I couldn't believe them giving crap to James for working in the camp in the morning. The sun was up, it couldn't have been that early - you'd think classic "survival" strategy would be to take advantage of all the sunlight. Outside of the occasional reward trip and party, what reason could these people have to stay up late (and consequently need to sleep in to recover the next day)?

Jason's now a dark horse to win. If the girls get rid of James and Erik next, he could easily go on a immunity run. And he'll get the jury votes since he was never in the position to backstab anyone.

In the past, the idol was only rehidden if it was actually PLAYED. When James had 2 idols, neither was rehidden when he was ousted. I'm guessing the same thing will apply here.

If that ever happens, my money's on James.

I thought he was going to use his big stick on Parv when she complained about his making too much noise while the girls tried to sleep.

Forgot about Darrah...the Southern gal, right? She was a hottie, and a nice person to boot. Hated to see her go.

Regarding Parv's physical prowess, I was thinking more of her swimming/running/climbing skills than the arm-holding challenge. Still found that very impressive. Lighter arm usually translates into less muscle mass to support the arm...I doubt that Courtney (The Twig) could have lasted very long at that challenge, and she had no arms at all. Just a diff of opinion. I still suggest holding your arm in the air for ten-fifteen minutes and see how tired your arm gets. Then imagine that you're tethered to a bucket, so you can't move your arm around to ease the tension. Then figure in the strain on your legs & feet from standing in one spot for over six hours. It's a lot harder than it looks.

Hope the idol is rehidden to give the Exiled something to do while they're out there. At least no one is going to fall for the stick trick again. On the other hand, they might throw away the real thing.

Parvati did guarantee Jason that she would not vote him out in the next tribal council. This was while she still had her hand up, probably the 3rd person to declare her gaurantee to Jason.

Well if Ozzie didn't take the idol to tribal, it's still back at camp somewhere...maybe there should be a mad dash for it when they get back?

James got ousted later in the game. Still time for someone to find it and use it I suppose, but later than this.

I just read an interview with Ozzy where he says the Idol will be re-hidden.

Thanks, I guess i was mistaken. I knew she didn't get any of the food, so thought she refrained from the guaranteeing.

Yeah, Darrah was from Miss. I think. Something like that. I agree that holding the arm up is very hard. I tried it for like 5 minutes and it seemed like 20. Six hours is CRAZY long. Parv did impress me with that win.

Just caught the episode. Ozzy deserves everything he got. I loved how he was ripping on Jason about how he was too trusting to Ozzy, James and Amanda only to get screwed by his own ally.

Good move for Cirie to set that up. She knew she was the odd one out of her alliance and she made a strong play. I don't like Cirie but she is playing a smart game right now. She has to be the favorite to win right now. She is orchestrating the big moves and the game is revolving around her. At the same time, she is able to deflect all the blame to Parvati. That seems to be the winning combination. If she makes it to the end and as long as her spot doesn't get blown up at the final tribal (like Amanda last season) she looks to be cruising to the million.

I know I'm the only one but I do like Parvati. I want to see her go far because she's playing a good game too, she is just catching shit for being the power player. She is now on the outs with her original alliance. She'll probably orchestrate a plan to cut James next week, solidifying the all chick alliance. He is the next logical choice to be eliminated. James, Erik and Jason need to get something brewing quickly. They may be able to steal Amanda away from the girls too. I doubt any of them are smart enough to think of this though.

I just think it's funny that the guy who found the fake immunity idol lasted longer than the guy who found the real one.

Ozzy is a dumbass. I don't know how he couldn't have seen this coming. Even James was telling him about Paravati and the other girls getting together. After 16 seasons, you would think someone wouldn't be this fucking naive and arrogant especially with an immunity idol in play.

I found it amusing that the reason Ozzy got voted out was because he decided to plant a fake idol. Had he not done that, Jason wouldn't have tried to use it with Eliza, and Eliza wouldn't have known to out Ozzy.

I am sad to see Ozzy go, though.

Ozzy already told Amanda, Parvati, James and Cirie. Cirie and Parvati spearheaded the "boot Ozzy" plan. Chances are they would have done this with or without Eliza and Jason/Jason's fucking stick.

Shes good at manipulating people without them know shes pulling the strings. Directly because of her at least 2 of the biggest threats are gone (Ozzie, Jason). Shes still not high on the radar. The girls are still going to want to get rid of the rest of the Guys next. If anything Pavarti looks like a bigger threat.

I want Teeth gone badly (can't stand her), followed by Cirie. The rest can battle it out.

I really wanted Ozzy to win, but he only has himself to blame for not playing that idol. He knew they would be gunning for him at some point. Play it, get it out of the way, and do your thing. Oh, well...
