I think Survivor will be on next Wednesday (not sure if it's a recap episode, or a normal episode) due to NCAA basketball coverage on Thursday.

My guide shows a episode scheduled for Wed night but doesn't list it as being new. I would guess a recap episode.

TVGuide lists the 3/19 episode as NEW.

Another castaway is voted out of the game.

I dunno, my guide's description makes it look like a replay of last weeks episode.

I saw the commercials running on CBS and it did say it was all new on Wednesday.

Did osten quit, or just ask to get voted out? I realize that it's essentially the same thing, but i don't believe Osten just upped and walked off the show, like Sue and Jenna did.

Wednesday night is definitely new. There are a couple of spoilers listed in TV Guide for the 3/19 ep including
Spoiler:
a new, supposedly hot, Ozzy and Amanda scene.

Wow, the description on my guide says:
Spoiler:
A contestant must decide whether to go home to their family or help their alliance

That certainly sounds like last weeks episode.

His tribe actually went to tribal council, and he said he was done, the tirbe didn't even vote. I remember Probst being really pissed after that.

I doubt Ozzy would have brought his Hidden Immunity Idol so he would be voted out in a second vote. That is why I kind of think that Ami is still with the favorites. I am not sure though.

Yea. I thought about this as well. It didn't make sense. I'm guessing it was producer involvement. They probably told them not to do this unless they could convince Chet not to quit which they could not.

Instead of the usual tag line, it was "Osten: per your wishes, go home."

Which was funny to me because Probst was judging him. How long you think he would last out there?

Anyone notice how Probst really didn't give much credit to James for doing most of the work on that challenge this week. He gave credit to the idea but there is no way the other tribe could do it. I don't think Joel could of done it either. That takes strength and athletic ability.

I think Joel could have done it easily. But he would have been a problem on the tower since he is so big.

Every time they do "everyone has to stand on top of the tower" challenge, I think they are trying to get the tribes to have groups of 2 people on opposite sides holding hands and leaning outwards as the trick to beating the tower challenge. This time James gave them a ridiculous lead, but one time I'd like to see a tribe figure that out.

Don't click if you don't want to know...

My TV Guide stated
Spoiler:
that there would be another contestant leaving this week because of medical/emotional reasons (besides the regular eviction at Tribal Council). The commercials for Wednesday's episode pretty much confirm this, showing a contestant's meltdown.

For a sec I thought you were talking about Joel crossing the water on top of the poles

Probst said, at least three times, something to the effect of "James is powering right through this challenge.

James is working hard to keep his honey safe. Extra motivation!!!

Although I suspect he'd quickly find another blanketwarmer if Parv got the boot.

James is da bomb!
