I read Amanda Tapping is contracted to do 14 episodes this season. I assume we can expect to see more of her in the back 10 episodes.

I enjoyed the episode. Interesting twist that the real Weir had been killed.
Would have liked Carter to be in it though.

Two Rodney's was classic. Are the duplicates/Weir supposed to actually be dead? Somehow I doubt we've seen the last of her. Pretty good and at least the wait isn't too long. Rather weak to be a "mid-season" finale though if we have to wait only 4 weeks.

Oh yeah, I figure that tablet will come back to "reveal the location of Atlantis".

We can assume this is the "original" Weir who isn't dead as the replicator versions of our heroes believed. Watched the last few minutes of the previous episode and looked close to see if all the replicator versions were in the crashed shuttlecraft. Saw Weir and Tayla's bodies in the back and Shepard was at the controls, but didn't see RepliRonin's body. When he and RepliTayla were walking in the woods he was talking about how he is every bit as real Ronin as the real Ronin. Didn't seem as resigned to not being the real mccoy. Could he still be out there? Did anyone see his body in crashed shuttle?

We haven't gotten a good space battle on TV in a while.

Great ending.

Yeah, I was getting giddy when the fleet was jumping into hyperdrive, like with the rebel fleet in ROTJ. Fran and Rodney were great. Good episode.

Was surprised to see Weir at the end. Great twist. Hopefully we will be seeing more of her.

I hope she is better handled than that first season character (I can't remember the name of) who disappeared.

Oh goodie, a "bottle" show.

Sure seemed awful easy to break windows in a city that can fly through space.

I started off pissed that is was not only another bottle show, but another "city malfunctions" show. But I actually loved it. Really digging the last three shows. I'm finally starting to dig Dr. Keller.

(I adore Jewel Staite, but I really miss her goofy Kaylee side. She's so demure and helpless on this show. I haven't been crazy about the way the character has been written and introduced. Thankfully, she's growing alot.)

Anyway I was surprised how much I digged the chemistry between her and Ronin. That might work.

There was a lot of talk about them bringing Beckett back somehow this year. I wonder if they still plan on it. And if Keller will stick around or get the heave-ho.

(I hope they don't build her up just to drop-kick her, the way they've done with several people now...)

When the city is airborne, or travelling through space, it is protected by by an additional shield system. Made entirely of adamantium.

Is that in addition to the energy shield? I guess it must be. That episode where they only had enough energy to protect the tower while they were lost in space is what I'm thinking of.

Apologies, Chew, the adamantium was supposed to be a clue that my post was in jest.

I think the extra shields are actually made of McGuffinium.

I guess I should've known Wolverine wasn't providing technical specs to the Atlantis project.

The city didn't hold that well by itself against that big storm until it had the shield.

I was just wondering why Keller did not put on a hazmat suit.

This season has been really good. I think it's because Weir is gone.

I just read that Rachel Luttrell (Teyla) really was pregnant at the time of filming - 3 months along, she already had her baby in October. Can't believe I didn't know about that sooner, hope she can come back for season five.

Certainly not one of my favorites, but I still liked it. The little girl's relationship with Rodney was pretty funny. Missed the rest of the cast tho. I get awfully tired of their cost-cutting. Bottle shows, shows with only 1 or 2 regulars, etc.

^ They have to pay for those big space battles somewhere.
