Yes, but you should definitely get yourself caught up! There's only 12 episodes in the 1st season and we're only up to episode 3 in the second. Have yourself a marathon and join us! GatorDeb just did it herself!

(I think the stylistic choices you saw get better refined as the series progresses. It is sort of a "Miami thing". Oh and watch Fiona's accent!)

I've been watching most of the first season today and I didn't realize until about the third episode that it was, in fact, Bruce Campbell. I thought they just had hired a pudgy TV facsimile.

Is that why Season 2 is a bit shorter?

This show is now definitely a guilty pleasure: it's not a great show, but it is fun to watch.

USA split S2 into two parts, making S2 actually longer than the first season. Episodes 1-9 have already aired, and the second part (10-16) will start on January 22nd, 2009 concluding on March 5th.
