Jeffrey Donovan reminds me of Guy Pearce.

Anyway, I'm watching on Thursday as I was a fan of Donovan's in Touching Evil (where is that DVD???) so hopefully this will get some traction on USA.

The preview looked interesting and featured at least a full half-second of Bruce.

I do love the fact that here and all around the internet we are refering to this as the new BC show, even though he is the third lead. Must make the other guys feel bad.

Is it confirmed to be 90 mins? My guide just lists it for an hour and I never watch USA unless its Monk season.

Starts tomorrow!!

Wow, the USA network is still around?

Show sounds interesting, I'll give it a try.

The premiere starts at 10pm and ends at 11:07pm, so if you're recording, make sure to pad.

Jeffrey Donovan also had a VERY memorable role in "Homicide: Life on the Street", Season 4, in "Thrill of the Kill". That's actually where I first noticed him.

Well it's commercial free, so maybe with commercials it would normally be 90 minutes. I guess that's what the Variety review meant.

Yeah, I told my wife about this new BC show, then yesterday there was a preview for it on Access Hollywood or ET and there was no sign of BC on it.

I really liked it, definitely be back next week. I'm a sucker for shows/movies with lots of character narration too.

There is something about Donovan that pulls me in every time. I am speaking, of course, sans Hitch. It may be because he was a complete asshole in it, or because the movie was terrible, but either way...

Basically, I'll be sticking around until the end of the series.

All I know him from is the lead role in "Book of Shadows: Blair Witch 2"

I liked it a lot as well. I have to admit, I wouldn't have even watched it if it wasn't involving Bruce Campbell. :P

Was it just me, or did Bruce look a bit puffy in this?

I really enjoyed it, but not for Bruce. His part was kind of weak. Donovan sold the main character though, which is what made the opening episode so entertaining. It was nice to see the guy from Dexter in the opener as well.

Gabrielle's accent annoyed the hell out of me though. It's not that it was bad, just didn't fit the character. Heck, she didn't even seem comfortable in the role. The chick in the office, on the other hand, was smoking hot and someone I'd like to see more of.

I disagree. I thought it fir the part of a feisty, ex-IRA bomber pretty well. Plus, the lilting brogue serves as a nice contrast to her bas-assedness. I'm digging her character, and the show. D's quirky characters always end up being fun (even if the series are canceled) and this guy seems like Jason Bourne crossed with MacGyver.
