How quickly you forget the Aquaman scene that cuts off just as Vince jumps off the dock!

He was also shown acting in the colorized Queens Blvd. clip just a few episodes ago.

And for the record, Piven is awesome but he's not the only reason I watch.

While I agree, the show is equal to the sum of its parts (just like Seinfeld). I really cannot see this show maintaining the same quality without him.

Forget Piven ...

I watch the show because of the thespian name E ... Especially for the way he holds his morning coffee cup that's bigger than his head.

But he's not going anywhere!! I don't think they would take him off the show, I just think they are shaking things up for the viewers!

Is it just me or is Dana Gordon hot? I'd take her over Mrs. Gold anyday.

Um, I think pretty much every girl (except the publicist, who was barely in season 3) is hot on this show. It's LA for God's sake!

Does LA really have as many hot women as this show presents? What draws them all to that place? Surely they are not all trying to make it as actresses.

Piven deserved the Emmy, but he isn't the only reason I watch the show. I feel that they should try and get one for Kevin Dillon, as he and Piven's characters are arguably the best two characters on any TV comedy IMO.

I think that's a big part of why there are so many hot women there. Many want to be actresses, and when that fails they'll just get regular jobs in the area. Plus it's also the center for the porn industry (or close enough), where many failed actresses turn to. I'm also assuming the weather is also a factor... women must feel the need to always be in shape since there's no hiding a bad body when wearing warm-weather clothing.

Agreed. Kevin Dillon is great in this show.
I always look forward to his constant stories of his past to get a good laugh. I don't just credit the script, it's also how the Drama character comes across during those scenes.

I'm relatively new to this series (just started watching this season) but it seems to me they really got things turned around on this show. Is it just me or does it seem obvious that the show should center on Ari as the main character and have the 'Entourage' players as support characters?

I live in West Hollywood and go out in Santa Monica, Hollywood, Beverly and there really are that many hot women.

I might have to go out there and steal one or two and bring them back then....

Of course I have a feeling ANY woman in that area, even if she is just working a lower end job, is looking for a sugar daddy BF, and not just a small town type either, but a major player.

I don't know if that would work.

If Ari were the centre of the show, he would be on screen more and his antics would get tiring after a while. Plus, if he were the focal point then we'd have to see him dealing with his other clients instead of the entourage. EVen though it seems like Vince is Ari's only client, he's not... we just don't see the other parts of his job.

Well I think I'm all up to date on all the episodes, I started watching in the current season with whatever shows were available On Demand and have since gone back and watched the seasons that are out on DVD, but there seems to be a big time gap on the show where Season 2 ends and where the first episode of Season 3 begins, maybe I missed a couple of episodes?

The season 2 DVD ends while Vince is still shooting Aquaman and Ari is working out of the Coffee Bean and Loyd's car The first episode that I watched of Season 3 is the "Aquamom" episode where Ari is working out of the dumpy office, so am I missing any episodes or did it make that big a jump ahead in time in the show?

felt the same way. they shouldn't have jumped up that much. I mean from making the movies at the end of season 2 to the premiere night in the next season. There must be tons of stories there to tell. how mandy and vince got along during the shoot, auditions of Drama, E's romance with Sloan, and Turtle's .... well, acting like Turtle and busting Drama's chops!

I can't believe anything believes Piven is leaving the show !

No way ! Just takes the show into a different dynamic

This is one show i could watch every week all year round (like WWE Raw).

I whole-heartedly agree. I'm an Angelino born and raised. We do have that many hot women. Come visit us anytime.

The best line of the series - in my opinion - was the throwaway line that nobody buys Vince and Drama are brothers.

My wife bitches about casting the two of them as brothers every time the word brother is mentioned! And I've got to agree.

Technically, I think they're half-brothers. Same mother. Different fathers.
