What happened to Dan Abrams?

I noticed that his slot on MSNBC looks like it has been taken by Tucker Carlson.

He is now the General Manager of MSNBC. He took his show off the air last Friday.
I'm going to miss him. I loved his show. I've been watching him from his days on Court Tv.
He said he would still comment on some legal stuff on and off.
He not only canceled his own show... but he canceled Rita Crosby's show as well.... I heard Joe Scarbourgh is next. I'm keeping my fingers crossed he cancels Crazy Keith's show. Between the crazy emails he's been sending out and his distain for just about everyone he works with.. he really needs to go.

I'm glad to hear that his show is gone for such a good reason. I too have enjoyed him since his work with Court TV. Rita Crosby I won't miss on the other hand.

I don't know how any of you like ANY of these people and their shows.

Dan's show was just OJ/Jacko style crap and he was/is incredibly smug. I will give him credit for getting rid of his own show and not giving it to one of the people who were guest-hosting. I thought they were looking for a replacement and everyone they tried sucked. I don't like Dan, but he does have the charisma to pull off a show like that and his guesthosts didn't have any.

But then so was Rita, so is Joe, Tucker's even worse, everyone on Fox, and most everyone on CNN (I give some credit to Cooper for trying to do serious news).

It's all crap.

Heck, I'm a liberal and I have trouble with Keith's show.

Considering he seems to be the only liberal voice on cable news, I doubt he get cancelled, but, then again, I didn't know anything about the problems he supposedly has with his co-workers.

The new, hipper Tucker seems to have gone from the worst slot to one of the better ones, so maybe they're going for "hip" political and news analysis. Keith probably fits the model. I like him attacking Fox, because the shows on Fox do that to the other networks and they rarely do it back. But, unless O'Reilly does something really bad, he really needs to not use his show to keep bashing the guy. I agree with him, but it looks childish and gets very annoying.

PS- I don't really even understand what Dan's thinking. While I don't like Joe or Tucker, Joe at least isn't rude to his guests and is surprisingly moderate on some issues. Tucker's show is like some horrible comedy skit.
