Does anybody else think "Monty" from the Late Show is kinda hot?

I know there are some Letterman fans here, do any of you think Stephanie "Monty" Birkitt is hot?

I know she's not a traditional beauty, but I really find myself very attracted to her. She's funny, totally self-depricating, and she's not waiver thin by any means, but I like that she's got some meat on her. They actually have her eating on the show a lot and they make fun of her, but she isn't fat.

Lately Dave has been having her dress up in costumes on Thursdays for viewer mail. Hot!

My wife has no problem with me saying Julie Bowen is hot or any other celebrity, but she actually is getting a bit annoyed with my crush on Stephanie. She says it's not the same with her, because she's a "real" person and I might actually have a chance with her.

Does anyone else like her or think she's hot?

I disagree, she comes off as a very unhappy,bitchy, bitter person with a chip on her shoulder. I really really hate her. she also needs to lose 20 pounds. Hate Her!!

Although she comes off that way, I'm sure it has nothing to do with that fact Letterman dresses her up like a doll every week.

Now the Late Show dancers are a whole other topic altogether.

They've been there for a while, but they only show up a couple times a week. Paul makes it sound like they can only "afford" them that often.

I watch the show every so often, less then I used to. I remember her behavior being rather cute and funny, but I don't remember being attracted. I forget what she looks like.

I like the fact that she's a real "character" whereas Paul Shaffer whom tries to be normal yet kiss up to Dave whenever he can. Though I do like to see Monty disagree with Dave alittle more than she's doing right now. Currently, she would only express her discontent with making a face, but she'll eventually do whatever Dave want him to do. Maybe it's a job security issue?! But nevertheless, I like her very much. Especially when she goes on a trip and take bunch of weird photos and share it on the show. Love those....

Actually, the few times i've seen him that he hasn't been on Letterman's he's the same. That's just his personality.

And that's a terrible pic...she looks better than that...[not that I think she's cute..]

Hey, it was 2 am. I think I did pretty well for being half-asleep.

I'm happy to see that I'm not completely alone in thinking she's attractive. It would have been a no-brainer if I posted about the Late Show dancers, clearly they are hot-hot.

Stephanie is probably not what most viewers of tv think of as hot. I want to say that that picture is really horrible and even if you don't like her, she looks a lot better than that. I think she looks better with her glasses on too.

If anyone wants to see her, go to the Late Show page and watch the Tony Mendez show. She co-hosts the show, which is only about one minute long, and I have gotten into the routine of watching it practically every day just to catch a glimpse of her loveliness.

She's a cutie - probably the best part of the show (granted, I don't watch leno/letterman/kimmel that often).

She can be cute sometimes. My favorite moments w/ her on the Late Show are when Dave calls her up in the office on Mondays and asks her how her weekend went. Those little clips crack me up. She talks to him like he's an old friend. She's a great part of the show, imo.

hey, i cant criticize you - i have a crush on kennedy...the host of "friend or foe" on game show network. i dont know why but her looks + personality just works for me. i watch that show all the time, just for her.

If you're old enough you'll remember back when Dave was on NBC and he did the same thing with a girl in an office building across the street from his office. She worked for a publishing company if I remember correctly. They'd do the interview from his window through her's. Another cute girl but I can't remember her name.
