OK you gotta admit....that part with the fake Tara Reid was hilarious. I'm sure she is a little pissed about that, but hey, she's apparently a drunken bitch.

Hmmm...I've seen better.
I think Sarah Silverman had the best bit, and I was really disappointed by Jon Stewart's segment, which maybe was edited or something.
Carson's comment about when Jennifer Love Hewitt was famous was far more hilarious than her little letter bit. In fact, I thought for a minute that a laugh track had been added. Perhaps the audience was heavily intoxicated and just laughed at anything.
Two odd things: Carson got away with saying "ass" and "hole" in succession, and during Mya's lame performance, they kept showing people's reactions to it. Hmmm.

It was pretty lame... they didn't really go off on him. It was more like they were teasing him cuz they loved him rather than just ripping him apart. A few kinda funny bits, but nothing outrageous.

That show was just plain boring. I only watched for Sarah Silverman. The rest of it was just pandering. Can't compare at all to the Friar's Club Roasts.
And another thing, shouldn't they roast Kurt Loder first?

Without question the best part (and only reason to watch, rest was lame except silverman) was Nelly's toast. Showing how fake that moron is was classic TV. I hope all the little teenie boppers were watching to see how much of an idiot that guy is. Actually, they probably do the same thing.

But man, I cracked up when the host made the comment about her mouth being so dirty that she gargles with Summer's Eve. That describes her to a "T".
Speaking of guests, how about Ms. Spears? Good grief, had she been two centimeters lowers with her skirt... well... the vidcappers would have happy.

It's so easy to make fun of him and they failed at it. I guess I should remember not to expect much from mtv.

it was pretty funny. it wasn't as harsh as some of the Friars roasts, but there was some good stuff in there.
