Funny episode.

Zoidberg at the party was good and then the prof's device to detect how cool someone is.

Jack-

So was there any video that we missed during the "special" FOX credits?

It was Hypno toad on the tv while the cast sang TV party tonight. no real video other then hypno toad's freaky eye action.. and if anyone wants to make an animated gif of it... here are some caps.

Still sucks since it was a pretty cool little version of the song. stupid fox.

hmmm, i didn't think this episode was all that great. i like Bender, but jeez. They've focused on him in the past 3 episodes. Let's have a story for some of the other characters.

Remember, these are episodes that were bumped around so if they focused to much on bender, it's by chance.

No tears ! I hear that the last episode should be a very strong one and leave us with a sense closure. Besides, Futurama is far from over.

We still have Season 2,3 and 4 to be released in Region 1, and a feature film. After all the DVDs are out, then it will officially be over .

Whooop whoop whoop whoop!

Don't forget the video game. There should be some good hijinks in it at least.

It's hardly a guarantee. Groening really wants to do one, but that doesn't mean it will happen.

3 million people tune in for free. How many of them would go out of their way and pay to see it? And it would have zero mainstream appeal.

Maybe direct to video or something, but then I would much rather just have new episodes, and I would guess that a new season would be more cost effective than a direct to video movie.

Simpsons is a guarantee. I'd say Futurama is pretty unlikely.

Here's a recap of the Futurama panel at the 2003 Comic Con in San Diego, July 19.

Of course, the main question was whether there was some way to get new episodes produced. Matt answered that he'd still like to do that and a Futurama movie trilogy and is trying to come up with ways, though it's tough.
I'll bet a large amount of money that there will never be a Futurama movie (not that I wouldn't love to see it - but don't get your hopes up).

Hey, you make a Futurama/Family guy film double feature (where it's an hour for each) and I bet you it will open #1.
