Wow. Heat. What have you been smoking?

OK. I think I understand the concept. “Does ESPN have the content to make it worthwhile?”

But, another interpretation would be that this is an anti-sports thread, yes? Isn’t being anti-sports an un-American, unmale, and, umm, very gay thing?

Having said that:

Since many consider NASCAR to be a non-sport, I think I’m safe agreeing.

No, wait. I can’t say I haven’t watched. They do the Westminster Dog Show, right?

I'll limit this list to regular channels found on my non-digital tier.

Channels I have no use for:

QVC
2 of Fox News, CNN, MSNBC - 1 is sufficient
TCM
DISNEY
DHC
LIFETIME
STYLE
HGTV
HSN
CMT
BET
SPEED
GOLF
All the local public access crap.

It is funny - I don't speak Spanish, but those Spanish speaking channels always seem to have hot women wearing next to nothing on their various shows. Therefore, the Spanish channels remain.

I almost put down AMC as well. I couldn't ever remember watching a movie on there until I remember watching Raiders of the Lost Ark in widescreen on it once.

Sure, it's not worth $2 a month to me. Heck, I'd drop everything but the locals, TLC, Lifetime, and my two Fox Sports affiliates for $20 off a month.

Hell no....it and Comedy Central are the two channels that I watch the most.....easily. once college football starts and then into college basketball, it will easily be the most watched station in this house. But then i don't really watch too much 'regular' tv.

The day I could drop all the sports and shopping channels for a price cut would be a happy day indeed.

I can honestly say I have never watched ESPN on my own cable. The only time I can think that I watched it this year was when they televised a KSU football game.
