So now that Buffy has offcially ended will FX finally show the episodes past the episode where Willow tries to destroy the world. My wife and I love this series but unfortunatley we can't get UPS and either have to wait for FX to show it or wait for the box set. By the time the box set will get out will be like 3 to 4 years from now. Anyone have info on FX?

If my math is right the season 7 boxset should be out about Dec 2004/Jan 2005.

I imagine FX will still show them. They'll probably get all of next season soon. For seasons 5 and 6 at first they'd only get part of the season...that's cause UPN would show select reruns (The Body, Once More With Feeling, etc)...since they won't be on UPN's line up next season they should all be on FX by then.

I think so anyway.

Episodes from Season 6 have already been on FX. I have seen "Once More, With Feeling" a couple of times on the network, but it is the shortened version. I hope that we will see the entire episode as it was intended on the dvd set of Season 6.

As for FX rerunning the episodes, right now I believe they are in the middle of Season 4, and I hope that Season 7 will be shown on FX soon but I'm not holding my breath.

FX has shown season 6. They showed them a while back. But Once More With Feeling, Tabula Rasa, Two to Go, and Grave weren't shown...then after UPN aired those ones durring re-runs in season 7 FX was able to show them. I think after FX airs all the Buffy it's going to air then they'll show season 7 on FX.

I think FX got season 6 as UPN started season 7...so if that's the case it'd be September.

Luckly for me I taped "Once More With Feeling" the night it aired...it ran about 5-7 minutes over I think.

The usual pattern I've noticed on most sydnicated shows is that the previous season begins around the time the new season begins on the network front (probably a contractual right to first re-run of some sort). So September is when we'll probably see Season 7 on FX.

They're currently half way through season 4, so looks like they might cycle through Season 1-6 all over again before we get Season 7.

Hopefully UPN will show the season in order during summer re-runs.

UPN is starting with "Lessons" (the one where Dawn shows up for her first day in high school). Is that the start of season 7?

Yeah, that's episode #1...I don't know how long they'll run repeats though.

Season 7 should be available on DVD in the late fall in R2 and R4.

Has that been confirmed or is it just speculation? Season 7 was the weakest year ever for Buffy IMO but I do look forward to the DVD set if for no other reason than it should have a ton of great extras since it marked the end of the show's run. Hell, maybe they can even somehow convince Sarah Michelle Gellar to participate.

Angel Season 4 is the box set I'm really looking forward to. Especially because the picture was so dark and murky looking on the WB. The DVDs should make it a much more enjoyable viewing experience.

Since there's nothing on TV for the summer, I have started taping Buffy again on FX since it's the season 4 episodes.

I watched "Hush" and "Doomed" today, and you know what? These episodes are imminently re-watchable as hell.
