Yea, I loved this show. He put me to sleep also. I would turn it on, relax, and doze off.

I remember he had a guest spot on Family Guy.

Bob Ross: All right, we are going to use a fan brush here and uh why don't you take some hunter green and we are going to put a happy little bush right down over here in the corner there... and that'll just be our little secret, and if you tell anyone that that bush is there, I will come to your house and I will cut you!

I was just thinking of that. I hadn't seen that episode of Family Guy until a couple days ago after I got the DVD. Was that really his voice?

No, he's been dead for multiple years. Long before The Family Guy.
