Help! Does anyone remember this TLC/TDC show?
Okay, I've been talking this over with friends for a couple years now, and nobody seems to remember the show I'm thinking of. So I figured maybe the resident DVD Talk TV geniuses can help.
It aired sometime in the last 3-5 years on either The Learning Channel or Discovery. The basic premise of the show was that it was a newscast from the future, summarizing the events of the previous few months that had featured the receipt of an extraterrestrial signal. IIRC, there was no great plot resolution at the end (we never met the aliens).
I would guess that it was on around the time Contact was coming to the movie channels, but I don't remember for sure.
Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?
