The guy took some modeling gigs for some quick dough. The writer made him seem like he was living it up which he isn't. An average Joe...who modeled and had an upper middle-class upbringing.

Final Five....

Sarah...Sabrina the teenage witch?

Melissa Jo...monster truck pulls anyone?

Alison...Your grandmother was wearing the necklace the day the Titanic sank.

Zora...could be the sleeper

Mellisa M...no chance imo although he likes the spunk

/hoping for Sarah and Alison as the final two and then fighting for it like the Miller Lite girls...now that would be great!

I liked this episode a lot more than the premiere. Those looks Heidi was giving were priceless. Sorry, Ice-Bitch, time to go home. I was hoping for a show completely devoid of Alex McLeod of the Clan McLeod, but I guess she was contractually obligated to "host" that one sequence.

For the most part, I approve of his picks, though I wanted to get to know Amanda better ... she had hardly any screen time. Not sure why everyone expected Dana to win. Aside from being pretty devoid of any personality, I don't think she's particularly hot either. I know Evan likes horses, but come on ... (I'm sorry, that's low).

At least he got rid of Heidi. (although that makes for less back-stabbing and bitching in the remaining episodes).

I hope Melissa Jo is the next to go. I could live with him picking any of the other 4.

This guy seems to be a lot like me in what he looks for in girls, so I would say the final two will be Zora and Melissa M. I think Zora's going to win... I'd pick her

Zora's been my pick from the start as well.

Alison is my second choice.

Melissa M is sort of cute, too much laughy face though.

Sarah does nothing for me.

Melissa Jo = Moho. She's the biggest overt gold digger of the bunch.

Paul Hogans's critique were very pointed and humorous at spots.

Zora is definitely my pick and Mojo the worst of the bunch.

I was hoping Heidi made it to the end. Would have made for a lot more drama.

Heidi: "I am no happy. I have bread luggage". Gotta love FOX literal translation of her French.

Ok, something I noticed in last nights show. When the butler was looking at Evans torn clothes, Evan said "Oh I tore that one on a combine".

A combine? What is a construction worker doing driving farm machinery.

Just makes me think this guy isn't actually a construction worker.

But would FOX lie? Nah.

Anyone else wonder if the photos showing him back at the construction site are a hoax, and maybe they've put the wool over the viewers eyes as opposed to over the ladies eyes. Im beginning to wonder.

I have to go with Melissa M. as my favorite. She's just got a look that give me the hot. On another note, what's up with McLoed hosting? she was on the show for all of 30 seconds. Did she piss somebody off so they cut her scenes? Or did they just realize that she is a terrible host and cut her scenes? Sorry if it was disscussed before but I didn't feel like reading 6 pages.

Is there anyway we can get a weekly discussion instead of this one run on one?

My favorite:
Melissa M

with Zora a close second.............

Hated to see Heidi go so early (she did provide some great catty moments), but it was almost worth it for her reactions at not being selected.

That would be pretty cool.

If I were "Joe," I would have stopped the show in round 1 and said "I'm calling this off NOW...I pick Zora." I'm glad that she made it to the next round.

Of course, Evan sees things that I don't see and vice versa...but wow. Zora is really my type.

My second choice is Melissa M.

Let's hear it for the brunettes!

I guess I'm in a minority on here in that I find Zora basically unattractive. Very plain. Now the red-headed one. That's a different story. She's like a normal Shirley Manson.

I know we're at the mercy of the way the show is edited, but Zora (to me) seems the nicest, and most "normal". She is not the most beautiful, perhaps, but the two episodes I've seen have made her seem the most grounded.

Allison (the red-head) is hot, but something about her bugs me. I can't put my finger on it.

Plus, where's the fun in a "normal" Shirley Manson?
I still have visions of Manson performing on an MTV awards show years ago in a tiny, tight white dress. WOW!

Agreed, Zora seems like the most "regular" on the show. Just doesn't do it for me physically. Of course my opinion above was based solely on looks, so in that case, I would have to go with Allison.

I met him last Friday night at my local watering hole and yes, he is a construction worker. I'd say that's the one thing that actually is true about him. But in talking to other people, bulldozer operators for construction companies in Orange County make more than $19k a year.

I'm usually a sucker for these shows but I had to turn this show off last night. FOX's production of this show is god awful. Handing it over to one of the other big networks might make this show more bearable but FOX has ruined this show.

That and the guy is a complete moron. It's like watching Tommy Lee talk for an hour.

"She looked like a million bucks, not that I know what a million bucks looks like"

I was sad to see Heidi go. I really wanted him to pick her to watch the meltdown when she finds out the truth. Now I'll just have to hope for Mojo.

Paul Hogan needs his own show when this is over.

I think Zora is the one he's going to pick.
