So Harry's insane now? At first when Ronnie called 911, I thought that he might have slashed his wrists, because the camera was starting to pan down towards that area, but it went to credits before showing them, so I guess he is just having a nervous breakdown, and hasn't harmed himself.

That episode was freaking hilarious - Lipschutz was great, Mr. Harper's rant was good, and I have to admit - the Danny/Marla fight scene might possibly be one of the most disturbing/funny sequences in tv history.
I like Nicky Katt, but they need to get rid of his pathetic character, he is just bringing the show down.

This was definitely an improvement. Though the whole "physicality" between Marla/Danny was a little ridiculous. I also enjoyed Harper's rant. The whole kangaroo court was a good idea.
Hope the trend continues...

yeah, this is getting good. Did anyone else think Harper's tirade sounded a lot like his performance in the teacher talent show last season when he played Ralph Cramden from the Honeymooners? It was cool. Danny and Marla getting along now sucks. It's funner when they fight. Lipschultz is well, Lipshultz. Good, good stuff. Glad it's getting better.

One thing "Boston Public" has never been is subtle. This year, it is hilariously over-the-top. I love it!
"Marla? Marla, are you okay?"
*headbutt*
Where was the NKOTB dude this week?
Honk!

It was nice that we got to see the rest of the faculty for a few seconds, when Guber was finding a judge. I knew that there were more than just the cast!
Overall, it was a pretty good episode. The fight was hilarous and totally memorable. They had to get all preachy, though. Did people really tune in to hear statistics on how kids are having sex? That's "Dateline NBC" stuff...
I'm ready for Mr. Senate's departure. Bye bye, and try not to spread your depression around. Go back to Florida dude, and take Joey Whatshisface with you.

At the top of its form with this episode, definitely.
Was I the only one who, whenever there was a knock on Harry's door, expected Trina's father to show up and blow Harry away?
(Maybe I've been watching the Sopranos for too long....)

The last two shows have been much better. It's too bad Nicky Katt is leaving the show, because his character was the ultimate in over the top. I wish they could write him off in a more entertaining way instead of tearing him down. Harry Senate was always the guy who wouldn't take any crap, and now he's just a blubbering mess.
Anyone notice this episode was directed by Peter MacNichol (The Biscuit)? I wonder if he directed last week's. If he did, keep him on! It's so much better when they injuect humor into their absurd stories. I didn't like Harvey as the judge, but I thought the fist fight was great. They have something for everyone

What a hilarious episode.Harper's rant,Lipshitz as the judge. This is one of the best Boston Public episodes i have seen.Too bad Senate's leaving though.Sure he is the most depressing person on the show, but every show needs one of those guys.I hope he goes out with a BANG!
