Inlaws season premiere 9/24

did anyone else watch and enjoy Inlaws? I thought is was the funiiest show I have seen so far this season. It is a definite keeper so far. Anyone else agree?

It was alright. I'll watch it again. It got kind of annoying though. It was like an endless cycle of son in law does thing to make father in law mad>father in law gets over it and starts to warm up to son in law>son in law does something else to make him mad.

I only caught the second episode. How was it compared to the first episode? Yeah it did remind me of Meet the Parents with Ben Stiller a little bit, which will probably get old.

Something like a sanitized version of "All in the Family". No controversy or innovation, just tired situations.

Honk!

I watched both episodes, and also found it a little annoying. I didn't connect with any of the characters, and both shows were pretty much the same. I'm not sure what kind of storylines are going to come into play, but so far I don't see this show being very successful.

I have to admit i didn't watch it, but i picked it as the First one to get canned on NBC's fall lineup. The commercials made it out to be a one trick pony (an angry father in law, and a bumbling son in law, week after week after week)

When I was watching the (endless) promos of this during the summer, I thought this looked like a one-joke show that would have trouble staying fresh or interesting. Guess I was right.

The show was fairly funny and entertaining.

However the storyline has a very short shelf life so it doesn't seem like it'll make it through the entire season.

Too bad... I like the cast.
