Combat Missions - 3/20
Another great ep! I love this show! *raves*
Who would've thunk it, a "Must See TV" Combat Missions! Garth hurts himself, and we see him call home and talk to his wife and son, and talk about his family to the camera, and get all choked up. Awww! This, after my *sniffle* moment with The Amazing Race earlier tonight... I can't take it! I need to watch Predator or something.
Helvenston was all, "Yeah, people who talk the most know the least, and people who know the most talk the least, and I'm changing my name from Scott to 'Pot,' and I'm going to call Cade 'Black Kettle' from now on." Puhleeze. Yes, that's a general rule... but when you're all operators, as everyone on Combat Missions is, I don't think it applies.
Hey, someone found Todd Nelson! Sweet! During the mission, standing behind the guy standing behind the barrels seemed like a bad place to be, but both squads stood someone there. There wasn't enough cover with all those other huge crates in the hangar?
Charlie rid themselves of AlbatrOssie... way to go, but a little too late. He's a hero, but I don't know if Combat Missions was his bag, baby. Bad Luck Charlie? Sounds appropriate. I love all the misplaced enthusiasm... a Charlie member was like, "We've got great people, and I can't see how we can lose." Well, tell ya what, you pulled it off every other mission, and your team hasn't gotten any stronger.
