MTV to lauch all Nick Toons channel

From http://www.toonzone.net/

According to Cartoon Research and several newsgroups, MTV Network is set to create a digital network spinoff from Nickelodeon called "Nicktoons TV", which will feature every Nicktoon ever made, from Ren and Stimpy to Doug to Invader Zim to Rocket Power.

Details on launch date and availability are not finalized yet, although it WILL be replacing Nick Too in some areas.

You will only be able to get this station if you are a subscriber to digital cable or satellite. Regular cable users do not apply.
I don't know what "Nick Too" is, I don't get it on the Dish Network.

I thought Nick Too was the West Coast feed. It'll suck to lose that.

Oh, the west coast feed. I get it heh.

I do have that. I almost never watch Nickelodeon anymore though. Instead of doing an all Nick Toon channel it should be a classic Nick channel. Run all the old toons but also all the old shows.

Yeah, they need a Nick that isn't just "Sit-coms of the 80s." Bring back Donna Reed and Mr. Ed and The Many Loves of Dobey Gillis and Patty Duke and "How to be Swell"

Oh I ment old Nick shows like You Can't Do That On Television, Salute Your Shorts, Welcome Freshman, etc.

I wish they would bring back the old Nick at Nite commercials that were cool. Like the one with the family who's heads were all tvs and they were outside barbaquing.

They are actually launching 4 channels.

The new channels are MTV Hits, MTV Jams, Nicktoons TV and VH1 Mega Hits

So they're replacing MTV X with MTV Jams...I guess there isn't enough "Jams" on MTV 2?

From the Link:
MTV Jams will replace MTV X, which Browning said was "too much of an alternative music head-banger" for cable operators and for many of MTV's digital subscribers

Is it only going to have cartoons like Doug, which Nick produced, or is it going to have the old british ones like Danger Mouse and Count Duckula?

I would love to be able to watch DM and Count Duckula again.
