Re: Comcast - Anyone have the X1 service?
I'm pretty happy with X1 and find it to be a huge improvement over their old system. They're still working out the bugs, but for the most part I haven't had many complaints lately.
The worst thing for me was when I first got it I didn't know I had to "pair" the remote to the box, so apparently it was using IR instead of RF (or maybe it's the other way around) so the box felt like it was RIDICULOUSLY slow. Once I paired the remote things got infinitely more snappy.
