Turn laptop HD into a portable HD?
My gf's laptop died. I removed the HD (sata) but now need a cord so I can turn it into a USB drive and take off her info.
Exactly what type of cord do I need? I don't want the whole enclosure...

Re: Turn laptop HD into a portable HD?
I am partial to this one, which has saved me on several occasions. It also supports laptop and desktop drives (but only hard drives):
