iphone gurus: Help identify a weird iphone 4

This phone has characteristics of a iphone 4 AND an iphone 4s from what I can tell online. The box says iphone4 but the phone itself looks to be a 4s.

I don't want to turn it on. I've never used one before anyway and wont know where anything is. Never used siri, don't know what it is really. Can you tell from the physical clues here?

Yeah, a close-up of the small letters on the back would solve the mystery. But I'm not sure why you think it looks like a 4S and not like a 4?!

It probably looks more like a 4s because its a CDMA/Verizon/Sprint version of the 4.

The comparison pics confused me. The line on the case means '4s' apparently. Except when its a Verizon? I called and the number is MEID number is good.

Yeah, the CDMA version of the 4 also has the top bands.
