Windows 7, text magnifying/shrinking problem
Using my laptop, I use the touchpad when surfing. (I use Safari if at makes a difference.). Something I'm doing (touching) randomly increases or decreases the text & it's driving me nuts! Anyone experiencing this and how do I stop it (or change it back). Right now I have to close the page and reopen.

Re: Windows 7, text magnifying/shrinking problem
Go to Control Panel, Hardware and Sounds, Devices and Printers, Mouse.
Click on Device Settings, then Settings. Click on Pinch Zoom and uncheck it if it is checked. I use the zoom feature via keyboard sometimes. Ctrl + and Ctrl - will increase and decrease. Ctrl 0 (number, not letter) will reset the page to it's original size format.

Re: Windows 7, text magnifying/shrinking problem
My device settings was a bit different but I did find the pinch zoom and disable it. I had never heard of that setting. Thanks for the help!! ![]() |
